2 steps forward, 2 steps back. Long weekend and wasn't as diligent as I should be. Never really went overboard but with autoimmunes it doesn't take much. BUT, today is (like) a Monday and I'm starting fresh!! I started the day by picking my own fresh spinach from my garden for my smoothie, so here's to a healthy week ahead!
