Yeah!
It might be my new scale....and also the fact that it has been 2 weeks (due to the broken scale saga of last weekend) since last weigh in...but I will take the loss of 3lbs. Funny, clothes not fitting looser and I feel more flabby and less fit.
Hhhhmmmmmm...I do hope that scale is right.
57.8 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 10.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
