Thanks all...I weigh myself every day... but only log my weight when it goes down...so I can see when I'm plateuing...works for me

Aziz I'm moderately active.. walk about 8000 steps, but no additional exercise.. I'm on a super strict 600 cals per day..so massively in calorie deficit..been doing this for 16 weeks and have averaged 3.5 lbs per week weight loss..Once I reach target I will slowly up my cals until I maintain...that's the plan.. Difficult at first to eat so little but after a couple of weeks find it easy.. log and weigh ALL food...no cheating.. good luck all
