It’s been quite hard but i’m going to try my best!! 😁

You are doing great 😊 I know it’s can feel like forever but it takes time to notice the effects of your hard work. Remember your weight can fluctuate throughout the day and also a lot of ladies notice weight gain due to period x

Keep going.... it's best to loose weight slowly. That way it stays lost. You will feel the benefit, and that will help you though.
