I'm torn between the mindset that "I ate bad yesterday so I need to be super strict today" AND "I ate bad yesterday but today's a new day. Move forward like yesterday didn't happen". I'm having a hard time with that one. On top of that, a lot happened last year and I gained quite a lot of my weight back which is why I haven't weighed in. I really hated myself for gaining weight back. I'm almost back to my last weigh in weight though. I feel like my mindset has change a lot since last time. I really want to be successful in losing and keeping off some of this weight.
127.0 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 27.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Mine flips back & forth so often, it drives me bonkers. If I do horrible, I start my next day with “gotta do great today” if I’m really struggling then I’ll ease off to a “today is a new day, just try harder than yesterday”. Hang in there!!
