my weight is YOYOing around like nothing ive seen before ...can't seem to break away from between 69kilos to 71kilos ...i just keep jumping between these weights for over 2wks now i think 👎🤬 im so happy to be at 70kgs but these plateaus are sure giving me the runaround 🤐🤯🥰 it's a love/hate thing, that's for sure, lol 💕
69.4 kg Lost so far: 16.7 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

🤗give yourself a break, you are running...RUNNING....building muscle...which weighs heavier than fat, how do your clothes feel? how s your stamina improving?? BE PROUD, YOU DESERVE IT👍🌹💪

thanks hun ur right, ive got to keep reminding myself of that cos i am running every night so i am building muscle 👍😊 & be proud of tha progress im making, which i am 💕 i managed to run a full 8kms tonight in less than 45mins, beating my old record & running a few of those kms in under 5mins 🥰 my stamina has improved bucket loads actually & considering im a smoker that's pretty great (i really hate that about myself) 😵

thanks jomo, i really really hope so 😊 i put way too much stock in what those scales say & when i plateau like this i really take it to heart & question everything im doing & what im doing wrong to bring this on myself. ive got to give myself a break & see all tha progress I've made and just ride the plateau wave out 👍
