Got back from vacation on Friday night and am just now getting back to logging food. It was a good trip and it was nice to step back from tracking everything I eat. It's crazy that the scale can go up four pounds in little over a week when it takes so many days to go down the same amount. Back to reality.
70.7 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
