Today's lesson: The scale can, and will, LIE! I have followed the plan 100%, know that I'm in ketosis via keto strips and journaling everything I've eaten, and I just plain feel better. Nevertheless, the scale has gone up since yesterday. Thankfully, tomorrow's a new day, I'll try it again, and IT WILL be better.
91.6 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Hi there! Atkins is amazing way of life that will make your so healthy! A couple of pieces of advice: First, the ketosis strips are no longer recommended. They are actually tools for diabetics NOT for dieters. Scientific research has shown over and over that showing a color on the sticks absolutely does not mean that you are doing ATkins correctly, OR that you will lose weight. Please don't base your success off of them. Second, I took a look at your diet calendar. Your menu doesn't have NEARLY enough veggies. Induction is 20 NET carbs per day, not less, with 12-15 of them coming from veggies. That's a TON of veggies. They are NON-negotiable. Not eating enough veggies can most definitely keep you from losing weight and being completely healthy with Atkins.
