Back from vacation and was worried about the scale this morning but up less than 1/2 pound as a pleasant surprise! Time to refocus and get back to work.
116.1 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 25.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
