Last week replaced two meals with SOLO slimming shakes. Only ate dinner ( and a bounty bar yesterday after dinner 🥲)
Just watching what I eat and always going for the healthy options is not working for me, I have to be hungry 😢
84.7 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 14.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
