Down to 221.7, my lowest weight since May 12, 2020. Got this after a 3.25-mile walk around the neighborhood. Also, it's down a full 10 pounds of water weight from two BBQ meals earlier this week.
100.6 kg Lost so far: 46.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
