Recording 1llb weight loss,. I'm not entering my food now, as I am eating more or less the same things, every day. sticking to around 1200-1300 Cal's per day and a little bit more on the weekend. Breakfast is porridge oats made with water or Special K flakes with soya milk, toppings are blueberries or prunes or banana. Lunch a wholemeal pita bread with lighter than light mayo and cooked sliced meat, or Dairylea light slice, or seafood sticks and salad, a packet of Hula hoops puft 70 calories snack, low fat yoghurt. a Tunnocks tea cake marsh mallow type, or 2Jafa cake's with afternoon T.
A dinner of lean meat or fish with veg at night, nothing fried, unless stir fried. I don't eat potato, and I don't eat rice, and very little bread, occasionally wholemeal bread sandwich with no spread or butter at all, probably had about 6-8 slices in 4 months, and about 100g wholemeal spaghetti with vegetable mince Bolognese once a week. Extras at the weekend over the two days are a couple of vodka and slimline tonic, one portion of ice cream with Bailey's, a couple of squares of 70% dark chocolate, or a few nuts and raisins. I'm active, do 150 sit ups, a day, dumbbell excercises, hula hooping, gardening, housework and go for walks.
That's it. recording this for my doctor, next thyroid check is Jan 2022. I'm borderline under active thyroid, but not on any medication for it, which doesn't actually help with all the symptoms I get not to mention the difficulty in loosing weight.
70.3 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
