This is the month I start getting back to working out. Nothing crazy. Just walking, a little weights to strengthen my arms. Start slow. with my weight gain, I developed breathing issues. As it comes off, I see it improving. Slow and steady.
I love this diet. I felt like enjoying a grill cheese last night, and I'm allowed to have it.
It's teaching me to rethink food as something to enjoy. Not just shove into my mouth. (Did that make sense?)
111.1 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 36.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
