Obviously this recent loss won't be fat loss, it's too extreme. More likely then to be inflammation leaving the body as I've eaten no procossed food at all, just steaks. You'll be aware when people start on a weight loss journey a large weight loss happens early and everyone thinks it's water loss. I think maybe a good part of it is inflammation receding but this isn't recognised yet. I was busy all yesterday too moving furniture and the contents from A to B and that will have helped too.
