Steak and chips for dinner yesterday was about 500 calories. Chips were a mix of potato and sweet potato and were done in the air-fryer with a spoonful of olive oil.

79.3 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 14.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
