Finally, back on the weight loss track! Absolutely no PB or that wonderful popcorn at night. 🙂 For lunch I had green beans galore and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich without the peanut butter. It was good, filled me up and I was satisfied.😋 I have to be careful today also, for it’s end of month reports all day! My job will be sitting cramming to get it done . 🪑 I am telling you it is Murphy's law on work! If it wasn't for the last minute, nothing would get done.🙁 NEAT will be my exercise today! Haven't done any healthy activities, but I am still managing to stay in shape..
