So so disappointed I’m my self for Gaining so much. My mental health sucks right now so that’s not helping with my weight
149.3 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 81.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you for your kind words. Your completely right with food I tend to just start eating and never stop. My willpower is nonexistent when it comes to any food processed or not and I comfort eat so that isn’t helping.
