Definitely need more fruit and less snacks.
67.9 kg Lost so far: 8.1 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.0 kg a Week

Depends on the snack and the fruit 😅 it’s such a hard balance. I’m sure you’ll figure it out, best snack for me is apples with peanut butter. Good luck xx
