Been low carbing and exercising. Two meals a day, 12 hours apart. Also done a fair bit of exercise. Bad news about my weight, some inflammation there I'd think but mostly water retention. Better news about my cardiovascularity which has markedly improved and my blood pressure has dropped significantly to just inside first stage hypertension. Swings and roundabouts this week. I'm back on the tatties today, had a big plateful earlier.
