no surprise. Monday was hubby's birthday and I went over my calories. Not by much but it doesn't take much with my autoimmunes in a flare for my weight to jump. Just need to keep on keeping on!
67.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
