Started a new approach to my diet. Going to do the Cabbage Soup diet for a week.
I can't see eating it for all my meals, but I'll give it a try.
If it really knocks off 10 pounds, I'll give it a try.
and hope it jump starts my goal.
117.9 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 43.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Doing very good. Dropped 8 pounds. Very happy. All I'm doing is having the cabbage soup Monday-Friday, for every meal. And eat what I want in the weekend. (Not going crazy) During the week, if we go out, I order what I want, and back at home, back to the soup. Been making it a little different each time just to change things up, but it's not bad. And it seems to be working. Started out in the 260's, I'm in the 250's and see the 240's coming within a week. And not hungry at all.

good luck I used to supplement mine with lettuce soup so I wouldn't get sick of it

Well, I stepped on my scale three times to check but I can't believe it's saying I weigh 248 lb. That seems like a lot of weight to lose in the short time I've been on this diet. But I guess with all my physical activity and the low calories I guess it can happen. I've enjoyed my second weekend of eating what I want. Nothing crazy, well just a little bit today I had some ice cream. And during the week I stopped at a restaurant and I just had chicken and potato nothing crazy. But all the rest of the time is cabbage soup diet. All meals snacks and you know, if this is how it's going to be to lose the weight and still feel full and enjoy my weekends, I'm all for it. In a way it does make deciding what you're going to have for breakfast, lunch and dinner a lot easier.

I'm in the 240's. Still on the soup diet mon-Fri. Actually working out pretty well I'm not getting tired of it all. I guess seeing the weight come off is compensation for having to eat this for a while. But I've also Incorporated some regular food throughout the week here and there and I haven't gained any which is good. In fact I'm still losing. Hoping to get to my goal by Christmas.
