Last post for a couple days, as am having a medical procedure tomorrow. Progress should continue 👍🏻👍🏻
Starting next week I hope to start increasing my exercise level (cardio). This ought to make cutting cals a challenge 😉
119.9 kg Lost so far: 13.1 kg.    Still to go: 31.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
