going to be a tough month for weight loss. gone up 0.5kg. perhaps cos i weighed myself an hour earlier than usual? i ate later last night? who knows.. just got to keep plodding on.
123.7 kg Lost so far: 7.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Mountaintiger I find that works best for me when I have my last meal at 6 pm and do my weigh in at 6 am (no water no food in between). Check it again tomorrow morning. Sometimes my scales shows same weight today and tomorrow I see a drop of 700grams for example lol
