Run 40 miles and put weight on.??
It’s got to be muscle. 🙂.
( or red wine).
67.7 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 3.5 kg a Week

I ran the London Marathon back in 2016, I was overweight 10st something and during all of the training and the Marathon I lost a total of 4 pounds in 7 months, I even cut alcohol out 🤷‍♀️, lots of sites say runny gets you fit but is not good for weight loss, it took me to do it, to believe it 💋

I’m a club champion fell racer (big myself up a bit) Stay fit and train constantly. but it still gets me when I can’t control my weight. Dark art this weight/nutrition stuff. Ps. Love a good bottle of red wine.
