Getting sick again. Sinus, had this headache all day. I just got done being sick. This does not help my appetite.

HI JoanEliz, did you get nutritionist help for your diet or are you doing this solo? Depending on your age, i was 46.8kg when i was 47 years old. I was a bit worried when my weight dropped so low and tried gaining weight a bit cos i hardly had anything upperbody!so i started running and changed my diet cos i didn't have the energy to run! porridge in the morning after a run, nuts and dried apricots for 11 am, chicken breast panfried for lunch with a vegetable like carrots or broccoli, yoghurt with fresh fruit for 3:30 pm and 1 cup of pasta with tomato sauce for 6pm. This is just a sample and even though i was running, my appetite changed and my energy levels started soaring. Unfortunately i had an injury after my 4th full marathon, kept on eating at the same levels and only this year did i realise i am totally eating too much for my current level of exercise. Good luck and maybe you can find a nutritionist to guide you!
