New scales. (The previous ones were 12 years old and got stuck on programming mode.) I don't know how accurate either are/were but at least will show me gains and losses.
89.8 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 24.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
