Very Nice.
Even after binging out on a BBQ & having some beers, I have lost 0.9kg 2 days later.

Must be from the continued routine of:
extra exercise,
NO food after 6pm,
plenty of water
&
a whopping 6.5 hours sleep - a record for me, as it’s usually 4-5 hrs!

Let’s see if I can break 95kg before Easter 🐣 / 🍫 🥚 ?
95.7 kg Lost so far: 16.0 kg.    Still to go: 13.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
