Sometimes when I hit my daily calories, but I'm still hungry at night (or just have a sweet tooth) I make french toast. Two slices of bread (I like Aldi's Keto white bread at 35 cals per slice), 1/2 cup of egg whites with a little sugar free vanilla coffee syrup to dip it in, and Walden Farms Strawberry syrup (SF free, zero calories) on top. Very filling and only 137 calories, 2g fat, 1.3 carbs, and 21g protein. NO definitely not the healthiest thing to eat, but it'll do the trick.
