Kind of surprised to see the scale move at all. I have kept track (mostly!) of how many calories I'm eating and I've been over what I planned to be my limit most days. Maybe I didn't pick the right limit to begin with, not sure. Anyway, I don't feel deprived and I'm down a few at 13 days so I'm good with that. I probably should come up with a real plan but so far these small changes are working.
94.7 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 47.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.8 kg a Week

Sometimes when I hit my daily calories, but I'm still hungry at night (or just have a sweet tooth) I make french toast. Two slices of bread (I like Aldi's Keto white bread at 35 cals per slice), 1/2 cup of egg whites with a little sugar free vanilla coffee syrup to dip it in, and Walden Farms Strawberry syrup (SF free, zero calories) on top. Very filling and only 137 calories, 2g fat, 1.3 carbs, and 21g protein. NO definitely not the healthiest thing to eat, but it'll do the trick.
