Morning FS Buddies. 2lb on this week, but not surprising. I have felt so ill with pain that I completely lost my appetite, but now I'm being treated and the pain has disappeared I'm back on form again.
The trouble is I'm going to be on long term steroids, so need to be extra careful about what I eat. Anyone else on steroids and still managed to lose weight? I know there is this thing called the Keto anti inflammatory diet, which is low carbs and sugar which I will look into.
