Incrediblelong journey. I don't check in as frequently as I should but I do. I still want to get to the elusive 160. Saw a good documentary "Beyond Weight Loss" on Amazon Prime on long term weight loss and how people are successful at it. I kind of knew all of it, but nice to see my thoughts confirmed. Encourage a watch no matter what weight loss journey you are on.
