The battle of losing weight. Two days ago I had, what turned out, to be a big cheat day. And yesterday I had a bigger than usual dinner. Lessons being learned. Big dinners are not conducive to maintaining weight loss.
This week the goal is to get close to, or at, the 20 mark.
125.6 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 37.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
