Wow I can't believe it, I have been really poorly over the last week though. I'm only just getting eating again. I am going to try and stick to eating less and healthier again.
151.5 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
