so I dont think I have actually put on weight. I think my last weigh in was a fluke and not correct. as I was surprised to record a drop and I've been a Saint since.

so I have got the electrical tape out and marked on my bathroom floor where to place my scales as I am sure my 132.1 reading was wrong.

😕 confused.
133.9 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 46.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
