這週過的可開心了。 先吃了漢堡王,後來週末上台中和老友聚餐又續攤,吃了豐盛的晚餐和好幾罐紅酒,喝紅酒又配了一堆零食和芋泥奶酪蛋糕,還吃了一次炸豬排和兩次泰國菜... 吃成這樣只增加了0.1kg,真的很安慰了。 下週再加油吧!
