Going in the wrong direction ⬆️

I've been doing up and down thing entire 2020, it's a bit soul crashing! What works for me is to count absolutely everything and instead of crazy workouts just concentrating on diet.. When I get stuck I have decent breakfast and lunch then nothing until next day (or try to skip either breakfast or lunch). Weight drops a little, then I try to maintain being up and down around 0.7kg until it drops sticking to my calories. Hard work it is! Fingers crossed! 🤞🙌
