1lb on this week, it's getting harder to lose the weight now and because of rheumatoid arthritis I can barely walk never mind excersise. I have lost 4 stone in the last 7 months but the scale hasn't moved for the last 2 weeks. We'll I will just have to think of something else
125.6 kg Lost so far: 25.4 kg.    Still to go: 49.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
