Had a terrible weekend of complete binge eating - this is getting out of control now, don't know what is wrong with me
65.6 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Don't be so hard on yourself and get discouraged for this little setback. We all have our ups and downs, our in control and out of control moments🌸. The most important thing is to forget the past, live in the present and move forward. You've managed to previously lose weight and stay focussed, you can do it again😉.

Thanks for the encouragement, I need to start getting back the old healthy habits, meal prepping and such... one day at a time

Saying that is already a step in the right direction😉. Meal prepping is the best way to go about it. It takes a bit of time, but saves a lot of effort the following day.
