整個二月就在員旅又年假吃好吃滿的狀況下,體重卡關了好久,今天站上磅秤終於有點像樣的下降了。
好開心呀!
83.8 kg Lost so far: 12.4 kg.    Still to go: 11.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
