Been off FS since the holidays, when bad decisions were made regarding input (bread, desserts) and the scale was avoided like kryptonite. Clothes were snug, and I believe I must have put 7-8 pounds back on (boo!). Then bathroom pipes sprung a leak, and the place was under construction for nearly 6 weeks, so no level place to put the scale (conveniently).

However, the calendar moves on, and my 50th birthday will be here next week, so the race to hack into the 130's began in earnest. Today I've squeaked in at the 139.0 mark, and I'm going to push for 137.0 by Tuesday morning just for good measure.

My exercise has changed to hiking over a mountain down onto the beach. For those not familiar with the California coastline, we have tons of stretches where the ocean meets the sand and then a cliff.

Diet has gone back to the pre-holiday foods, which looks mostly like raw fruits, salads, and homemade vegetarian dinners -- and no bread or brownies ☹. Happy weekend, all!

Welcome back!! I didn't see this earlier. What an eventful holiday lol. But looks like you didn't derail. That's a win. I quit giving a crap after Christmas and ate all my kids food (pop tarts cereal corn dogs) until almost February first. Oops. But back at it.
