It s official!!! I lost my first stone 🎉 honestly I never thought I can do it but I am trying to be active every day, even just by taking dog for a walk. Also I found out that my body is more likely to loose weight if I don’t worry about my calories and rather then stay under 1500 I sometimes go over a bit but that seems to be working for me.
88 kg Lost so far: 6 kg.    Still to go: 18 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.3 kg a Week

So fantastic and I agree less stress seems to help for some reason and not being too strict with ourselves if we go over cals a bit. 🤗

Thank you guys ❤️ It s so lovely to see all the support 😘 and yeah exactly, when I was stressing I might go over and was getting annoyed with myself that I used more calories for my lunch it was really getting in my head, but letting it flow and just be generally careful how much I eat and what seem to be working.
