Still no workouts last week, so I've started what I feared the most; gaining my weight back. I must gain the motivation to get back to working out on my days off.
72.8 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 20.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

At least you haven't ignored the fact.You have done it before and you can do it again-one step at a time. I have had trouble with Oreo cookies that I bought to use in a particular recipe (and they were on sale!!) but they have not made it to the new recipe. Live and learn-yet again.
