I'm at my lowest weight since March 2012, and I got here gradually without too much pain. My body is accustomed to small portions. I just need to continue to make smart food choices, My task has become easier since my husband swore off fudge bars, since he had gained too much weight! Now, if I can just get him off the fries...
59.2 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
