@jimmiepop - Thanks :) I am incorporating 'heavy cream' (in my coffee and Green tea) to help reduce insomnia. My past experience has shown driving my Protein and Carbs to zero is what makes the difference. I also did a 5 mile run this morning and I plan to run 5 miles for the next three days...

@adef That's a plan. The cream is no big deal, fasting nazis notwithstanding. For me anything that enables adherence is a win. I need to follow your lead with the cardio. I think that can help a lot with adherence also. Good luck!

@jimmiepop - (file this under 'too much information') When you 'only' consume 'pure fat' the body doesn't seem to want to 'absorb it' so it basically 'comes out the other end' 😬🤣

@melissatwa - Thanks. Past experience causes this it trigger 1-2 pounds a day losses, however, it is only on 3+ days fasts, and I am not 'mentally' ready for that (yet).
