Here we go. Another try at it. It's Monday the 22 of Feb, 2021. Was doing well, losing weight, but then that horrible winter storm hit Texas, and all bets were off. Given that we were limited in the food dept, as were millions in Texas, I ate what there was. Gained 3 pounds back. Gave up wine for Lent, so that will help with the weight lose, even though, it's only a glass I would have at night. Today, breakfast is a slice of toast, and a glass of grapefruit juice. That is actually breakfast each morning for two weeks. Wish me luck.
100.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 25.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
