No magic..Food control + exercise regularly = Weight loss + feeling better.

This is my lowest weight in 10 years!

BTW..the threat of using the kicking boots and whip also helped. LOL
112.5 kg Lost so far: 23 kg.    Still to go: 32.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
