3 weeks complete with calorie deficit ( 800- 1000 Kcal ) less than usual! Lost almost 3 kg and 1% body fat. Amazing how body works if you understand the tricks. In the pass I have tried many other methods to lose body fat but it looks like my body reacts well with calorie deficit method and the results are fast, most importantly I get to eat anything I want as long as under the calories I should take.
79.1 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 2.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

My tracker is very right, imagine having 800-1000 kcal less, on top of that low carbs as possible, cardio in the morning and weight training in the noon time. It worked for me
