Yes, I went over the deep end during the weekend. Go figure my first week dieting would crater so?! Ha ha ha. Yes, I’m disappointed but I feel this is not reality and will show continued progress later this week.
131.6 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 43.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
