I got to 226.6 for my weekly weigh-in. Up 2.0 from last Saturday but actually down under 228 for the first time this week. I've been eating too many calories (2000 on average), which does not work for me. My target is 1620 per day.
102.8 kg Lost so far: 44.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
