Up 3 pounds overnight. Had a deficit yesterday, but I’m still retaining e v e r y t h i n g. I don’t have an underlying condition per se to be worried about it’s just constipation. Dear god if I didn’t know better I’d be going to a colonics spa at this point. 🥴 It’ll fall off overnight again or in a day or two. #notworried
107.6 kg Lost so far: 2.2 kg.    Still to go: 32.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Kay buy som chia seeds and mix with yoghurt— they are wonderful for adding bulk. Eat with a couple glasses of water. Mix chia, flax, granola, blueberries. Delicious.
