Was it an ok week with a decent progress - yes! No walks or any form of exercise with daily 17 hrs of desk job last 2-3 weeks and still able to reduce is fantastic. Will do better next week 😊
93.2 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 11.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
